have joined the forum to learn more about pool construction. Have bought a new home (yet to be built) and am going to build a pool. never had a pool so I am soaking in the knowledge and putting together the specs.

I'm in the same boat. Have finished house building and am about to sign up to build a concrete lap pool, 16.66 meters by 3 meters.
Contract will be "cost plus".
