Water is coming out where the white pvc piping screws into the pool pump (off white).
Your guidance here is greatly appreciated!

You'll have to remove the threaded nipple & ell, install new, and re-couple.

This very common leak usually occurs when the pump runs dry and overheats the water in the basket, causing the PVC to soften and shrink, so it no longer fits the threads tightly.

{ Photo service note: As we get to it, we copy and upload user photos to the PoolForum Google Picasa account, into albums sorted by user them. We do this primarily make sure posts with photos do not 'go dead', when users allow their photo accounts to 'die'. We add the "PoolForum.com" note, to cut down on other sites attempting to re-use photos from here, on their sites. }

Thanks, that worked but after I did the repair, I noticed another leak inside the pump where there's a rod that spins between the pump motor & basket...
Looks like time for a new pump.

It might be the pump seal based on what you're describing. Something along these lines: http://www.amazon.com/Swimming-Pool-SP-1600-Z2-inground-swimming/dp/B000P0O17S I'd try replacing the pump seal before the pump unless you want to get a new one for other reasons.
