Small leak at pump / motor

I've got a small leak where the pump and the motor join. I've tightened all the bolts but there is still a drip. Id there a gasket between the motor and pump that may need replaced?

Yes, it is called a seal and sits on the motor shaft between the impeller and motor mounting plate. They are fairly easy to replace and are often the problem of a leaky motor.
