I recently replaced the entire hose assembly for my Polaris 360. The original hose had 6' lengths while the replacement has 10' lengths. I've tried varying the length of hose between the back up valve and cleaning head to no avail, within 15 minutes the back p valve drags the cleaning head backwards, getting it snagged on the hose and then spinning in circles, making a big knot. ANy idea what is causing this or how to fix it? How far should the back up valve be from the cleaning head? I'm also experiencing a lot of water flow pout of the pressure relief valve, which was also just replaced.

Thanks

My 280 came with very specific instructions on properly adjusting the length of the hose. You cannot simply shorten it from either end. Check your owners manual and make sure your new hose is adjusted properly.

Also, when setting mine up, I had to contact Zodiac/Polaris and found their customer service to be excellent. Perhaps they could help.
