Does anybody have any experience with Jandy deck jets? I’m planning of adding water features to my pool. I had the plumbing placed into the deck when we build the pool. Now I would like to add deck jets and the only one I found so far are the Jandy deck jets.

I have the Polaris mini deck jets in my pool. Fiberstars makes fiber optic lighted jets but if you havent run the pipes for the fiber optics you probably can't use them. Also they are expensive!

Hi waterbear, was this a big hassle to get the jets installed? Is that something you would consider doing yourself?

I had my builder install them since I am lazy:D but I did read the intall manual and it didn't look too hard for a competent do it yourselfer. The manual can be downloaded from the Polaris website so you might want to take a look.

The installation of polaris or jandy deck jets is really very simple. If you're at all experienced with pvc or plumbing and you read the installation manual, you will no problems at all.
