Closing and taking down the pool

Well it's getting near the end of the Summer and I need to plan on taking my pool down for the Winter. (I don't think I can leave it up all Winter long? Can I?) I was planning on draining it and taking it down and storing it in my shed for the Winter. I just want to make sure I do it right and get all the water out of it so it doesn't get moldy or anything like that. I know you guys/gals have experience with this type of thing so I figured I'd ask in advance to avoid any problems.
