Online forums aren't a good source for that sort of info --- there aren't enough people from a single region, for that sort of info.

There's a guy in your area that can handle this, he goes by "sanddevil" on this site ;)

What are you wanting to remove from the tile? If it's just body oils and dirt you can use baking soda on a 2 part kitchen sponge/ scrubbie. If it's calcium deposits, muriatic acid can be (carefully) used. Either way, you'll want to know accurate chem values before adding even the small amounts of these chems to the pool - in the case of calcium scaling, it's improper water chemistry that's caused this.

Let us know what's going on with the tile and we can tell you how to clean the tile yourself. :)
