The wife and I are looking at getting a higher quality AG pool next year. I shopped around a little a few months ago and asked the sales person about making the pool deeper than the 48"-52" it would be. They said that doing that was illegal and that customers would get hurt and then sue the install store.
My friends with AG pools laughed at this when I told them about it. Has anyone hear such a thing?
