Your membership is updated. But, with no confirmable local info, you don't have enough 'points' to 'graduate' into un-moderated status.

I'm still working this out, so I don't know exactly how it will go.

We will eventually start updating existing users who have added accurate local data -- but a caution. Data that does NOT match scores negative points.
