My ph and alk WERE too high to begin with but I have them WITHIN range at this point. My question is, how do I remove the scaling that occured BEFORE I was able to get my levels down? Someone told me there was a chemical at the pool store that would remove it, but, I hate to go to the pool store if I can find it elsewhere. Anybody have any ideas?
