Greetings, I am looking to find a quick and inexpensive way to make a water aerator for an in ground pool. Water temp. has been in mid to upper 90's.

One of my co-moderators (Poconos aka Al) made a contraption from PVC pipe. I'll ask him to dig up a picture and description for you.
