Have an 18,000 gallon in-ground concrete pool w/ pebblec-tec finish.
Having difficulty balancing both pH and Alkalinity as they move together.
Read about Borax and aeration. Should I use one or the other or both?

pH has been running 6.8 to 7.2; AKA running 110 to 120.
woukd kije to get to pH of 7.4 to 7.6 and AKA of 100

If your pH is 7.2 and your alk is 110-120, those numbers are just fine and I wouldn't mess with them. Don't go chasing numbers. Only change things that need to be changed.

However, if your pH is 6.8, then add some Borax to raise it.
