So, can you tell me if there is a specific bleach "solution" I should use to bleach wash my empty gunnite (plaster) pool?

I'm not sure what concentration you should use. I'll ask PoolDoc for a recommendation for you.

What are you trying to accomplish by "bleach washing" your pool?
