Issues with low or no pressure on DE filter

If the pressure gauge on your pool's DE reads zero but the filter seems to be running fine with a strong return back into the pool, what is the problem?

There's a good chance, you need a new gauge. It's also possible that the port the gauge screws into is plugged.

Thanks for your response. I was thinking the same thing. However, other postings suggest there may be an issue with the filters (which I just replaced) or the pump. I don't believe there is air in the lines or pump but occaisionally there will be small bubbles coming out of one of the return jets in the pool. Do you think there is still air in the line or a problem with the pump?
