oval pool with expandable liner

Just trying to find info on how to use an expandable liner in an oval pool. I would like the entire pool floor to be abt. 6ft. Not sure how drop in steps would work?

What type pool are we talking about? (above ground or inground) What is the floor made of? (sand, crete, vermiculite...) How large an oval are we talking? What are the walls made of? Is this a proposed pool or a renovation of an existing one?

I'm sorry for the questions but, the more I know about your pool, the better I can advise you on your options and tell you what can, might or won't work.
