I just finished installing my new water feature... it was very easy, worked like a charm, and has a nice effect. Probably good for aeration too. I did have to put a restricter in the unit (which came with it) because my 2 hp pump was pumping such a large water feature it was emptying my pool... but the restricter brought it to the perfect size.
