new #s some complaining?

why are kids saying its bothering eyes? look to me like water is in great shape please reply and thanks ahead of reply

Because yourTA is at the top end of the "recommended" range...

I'd try raising pH by aeration to 7.6-7.8. That should help. You COULD use Borax to raise pH but the TA will increase with it. May not be a problem, but may be.

You can also try adding salt to the water, not enough to taste, but enough to make the water a little softer feeling. After all, tears are salty.

yes some complaining? don't really see why? also what is the reagent (in the 2005 kit ) r-0002 used for i have been testing over 2 yrs don't see where that comes in what is it used for? and yes as far as aerating lots of splashing going on and the return is and always has pointed towards the surface for that reason and so i can see pump is running without going out to look
