Another problem. My booster pump was leaking so I had the guy out. He fixed it, I came home and the vacum was working (although not as strong) but the pool filters were not working. I turned off power and restarted. Everything worked about 1 minute and then the filters went dead again although it looked like a strong pull through the pump filter. Also, PSI raised on filter tank from about 30psi to 40 psi. Pool guy came out again, shut down system, took some stuff apart and now he, nor I, can get the pump primed. He thinks it is a seal but I have my doubts. I am thinking of just ordering a new pump as the original is probably 15 years old. Any ideas at all as to what I can do or what is causing this problem. I have spent hours trying to get it primed again to no avail. Also, when I shut down the booster pump the filters seemed to come to life a little but not to the level it was this morning.
