Mastic for Repair?

The tile was lifting from our pool and rather than rip it all out and replace, we went to Lowe's and they recommended using Mastic to seal the tile. We did so, filled the pool and now the Mastic is dissolving. HELP!

What kind of help do you want? You are going to have to lift all the tile, remove whatever goo they sold you and start over, no matter what.
