Here's the Aqua Rite page: Aqua Rite (http://www.hayward-pool.com/prd/In-Ground-Pool-Sanitization-Salt-Chlorination-Aqua-Rite-_10201_10551_13009_-1_14006__I.htm)

And the manuals:

http://www.hayward-pool.com/pdf/manuals/Manual239.pdf

And Hayward's customer service: 888-Hayward

However, you might try powering the unit down, and then starting it back up in the morning when air temps are cooler. If it runs OK for an hour in the AM, then I'd look for ways to improve airflow and/or shading. I know that I had to mount a fan over the Pentair power supplies I have on a 200,000 gallon pool.

Also: do NOT let your chlorine get low. Go get some PLAIN 6% bleach, and add 1 gallon per 10,000 gallons in your pool EACH EVENING till you are back in operation. Also, get a cheap OTO drops kit and SKIP the bleach addition any time the level is DARK yellow in the EVENING.
