Hey guys, after fighting off algae for two days, I tested the chemicals again this morning. All levels are where they should be except the Ph is low. So my question is after I put the Ph down in the pool will that clear up my cloudy water situation?

Without current water testing numbers taken with a drops-based kit, we really can tell you anything. Do you have a good kit? Exactly what all have you put into the pool -- meaning actual ingredients and not just "shock."

We've only shocked it. & replaced the filter.
I will go out now test the water again so I can post the numbers. ;)

Cl is 2, Br is 4, & Ph is 8.2.... Honestly I would say Ph is higher then that. my tester only goes to 8.2!

That is the reverse of what you said in your first post where you said your pH was low. You are right that it may be much higher than 8.2. You'll need to add some muriatic acid to lower it. Please read the link in my signature below about using muriatic acid safely.
We need to know a CYA reading to be able to advise you about how high to take your chlorine. If you don't have a good kit (which will test CYA) you should get one. We recommend the Taylor K-2006 which you can get at a good price through the test kit link in my signature. You might see if your local Walmart has the HTH 6-way kit. It can also test CYA. (I'm guessing that since you reported a BR reading that you are probably using and OTO/Phenol Red kit. That will have its place at times, but you also need a better kit. By the way, you have a chlorine pool, thus no bromine in there!)
For now, I'm going to suggest adding 1-1/2 gallons of plain, unscented 6% bleach. Also run your pump 24/7 while you are trying to clear this up.

Oops sorry I meant it was extremely high!
