Hi sam, welcome to the forum!!
Keep in mind that the chlorine you added kills the algae, but it's the filter that removes it from the pool. Odds are good, especially if you can still see dead algae, that it's what's causing the problem. You need to keep the pump/filter running as much as possible (24/7 would be optimal) and keep an eye on your filter pressure, cleaning the filter as the pressure indicates. Don't add anymore algaecide or clarifier--both of those things have their uses, but right now you need to be filtering. Those things can actually cause you worse problems.
Are you sure that you killed all the algae? Are you able to go from sundown to sunup without losing more than 1 ppm of chlorine? Can you provide a set of test results, taken with a drop-based kit to help us better help you?
