Where can you buy bleach in larger quantities at perhaps a better price?

In S. Florida, lots of pool stores sell bleach in 10% concentrations for less than Clorox. You might call around to stores in Charleston, and see if they do so there.
But, bleach is not always the cheapest way to chlorinate -- it depends on your pool, and your location. You'll have to tell us more, before we can offer any more help.
