Fiberglass in ground pool restoration

Hello, I purchased a home last year with an in ground fiberglass pool and spa. The pool\spa are well aged and seem to be holding up good but they are looking dated and worn down. I was wondering if this type of pool surface and tile could be restored or renovated? Gel goat or paint etc.... Any recommendations for businesses in Southern California that can do this type of work?

I believe the pool is at least 25 years old.... I'm considering a complete renovation with a new pool but may want to fix it up and make it more appealing until I can afford the renovation.

You can recoat with epoxy -- look at Kelley Technical's website (Zeron paint) for info -- but it won't be 'like new'.

I've seen people recoat with fiberglass, but the results I've seen, haven't been great.
