Anyone heard of Vinyl Magic or Perma-Skin?

While browsing some sites about their vinyl pool kits I came across one that talks about Vynil Magic and Perma-Skin to use as a liner. It sounds like you spray this on any hard surface that seals and acts as a liner.

Is it something like Rhino Liner they put in trucks? MY husband was pondering the possibility of that as a finish.....
