Hi gang,
Glad to have found this forum! I could certainly use the help. My Polaris 280 backup valve was not cycling -- it was outputting a constant stream of water, all the time. So I assumed it was bad and bought a brand new one. Guess what? The new one does exactly the same thing.
Tons of hits on "polaris backup valve not cycling," but they all say to make sure the valve IS cycling, but nothing about what may be the cause for one that is NOT cycling.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance,
Terry
