OK.

#1 - Purchase 16 more gallons of plain 6% household bleach, 4 boxes of 20 Mule Team borax, (both in the detergent section at Walmart) 1 gallon of muriatic acid (Lowes, hardware store, etc), and a cheap OTO / phenol red drops testkit.
#2 - Turn your pump on and run it 24/7
#3 - Add 6 gallons of bleach tonight (~ 15 ppm) through the skimmer slowly. (Remove any tabs, chemicals or devices from skimmer!)
#4 - Add about 1/4 gallon of muriatic acid to the pool directly. Wear gloves and glasses. Watch out for the fumes. Partially submerge jug of acid in the pool and pour with lip of jug just a few inches above the water.
#5 - Test chlorine & pH levels in the AM, within 2 hours of sunrise and report results here. If color is not dark yellow, add 6 more gallons of bleach.
#6 - Order Taylor K2006 (Amazon link in signature)
#7 - Tell us what chemicals you have already added, other than bleach.
