Hello all I'm a diy kind of guy and took on the project of redoing my pool liner this year. However the easy is maybe not as easy as I thought. The wife wanted liner shield for bottom, cove foam and of course wall foam. I have installed all of the above items with fair results but was wondering about the wall foam when it comes to cutting in my jet and skimmer. Is the wall foam going to interfere with the way these seal. would hate to finish filling only to find my pool draining through the foam between walls or liner. We put the wall foam in because egyptian beetles were crawling between old liner and wall causing the metal to corrode where there little copses were decaying... so much for no worries with aluminum walls, anyways any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance, Blackthumb.

The foam should be cut bigger than the opening for your skimmer/return so they will seal against the pool wall, not the foam.
