Not sure how to fix... I have a pool / hot tub combination. Recently I've noticed my hot tub water levels dropping when in the "hot tub' mode ... closed system recirculating water between pump, heater and hot tub. At first I thought i had a leak. After many checks and no leak found I noticed that my pool cleaner still had a very small amount of water seeping through to the pool (via a jandy never lube valve). After capping the pool inlets and cleaner inlet I discovered that the hot tub maintained water levels. I think my jandy valves are allowing water to pass through them in the closed position. Not sure what the repair might be. Any help is appreciated.

Without replacing the valve, I'm not sure either.

I *think* you can buy a new valve, take the guts out, and put them in the old valve. You might want to take your valve apart, and examine the body -- if it's OK, a 'guts' replacement would likely solve the problem. Picture from Jandy "Flash" parts catalog below; the catalog itself is here (http://viewer.zmags.com/publication/443308e7#/443308e7/202) (as of 12 June 2011)

Thanks Ben. I "chatted" with Jandy's (Zodiac) Customer Service and they are sending a new diverter out under their never-lube valve warranty (valve is about 9 years old). No charge. Very impressed with there no hassle/no red tape approach. Thankfully we were on file. Hopefully that will take care of the problem.
