Rainbow Lifeliner 320 - How to replace Chlorinator tube

My chlorinator is literally falling apart. I purchased a replacement tube but cannot get it to stay on properly. How do I get the tube over the lip so the threads will lock it on?

I'd recommend purchasing an ENTIRE RB320 and using it to replace everything but the T in your original unit.
