Help! We are being eaten alive! It is so hot in the midwest and we are doing a bunch of evening swims. Any tips for eliminating them? We have a bug zapper and citronella accessories but I have avoided bombing our yard because we have young kids and a dog. I feel like a horrible mother seeing all these bites on the kids but I can hardly keep them out of the pool! Thanks so much!

I have martin houses around the yard, swallows nesting under the eaves on my porch, and a koi pond full of frogs next to the pool. The bugs don't stand a chance in our yard!! :)

Seriously--might want to try some bird houses....we don't have mosquitoes around the pool--and I live in Louisiana!!
