i have an inground pool that has two wrinkles on under a return and the other on the floor of the shallow end any way of getting rid of them without lowering the water

Do a search from the following link for ---- plunger wrinkles --- and you'll find several threads here on the Pool Forum explaining how you may be able to use a new toilet plunger to work out the wrinkles.
