hi, happy summer everyone! I have been putting 4 gallons of bleach in the pool daily( 16 x 32) vinyl 22000 gal. for a week, finally not green today. when we opened it was clear to the bottom but water was tinted green, Test just showed, FC 38, CC 0, PH 7.7 cya 90, I couldn't get a reading on the ALK, it must be very high....I will try again tomorrow. we have a ton of tree pollen falling i backwashed 3x this week....

Glad it is looking better. Test early in the morning before much sun is on the pool. If you have lost no more than 1ppm over the reading taken this evening, then you have probably turned the corner and can let your chlorine drift down. With CYA of 90, you'll need to be sure to always keep your chlorine between 5-10 ALL the time or you'll risk another algae bloom. I hope you aren't using trichlor tabs or dichlor. With a CYA of 90, you don't want it any higher and both of those will add more CYA to your water. Glad to see you back around the forum this year!

Thanks! Do I need to worry about the Ph or Alk? or the CC being 0?

Your pH is fine at 7.7 but if you do verify that your alk is indeed very high, you'll need to use some muriatic acid which will lower the pH along with the alk. You'll then aerate to bring the pH back up and repeat the cycle until you get the alk where you want it. You can read more about lowering alk in the Pool Solutions guide at this link:
http://poolsolutions.com/gd/lowering-swimming-pool-alkalinity-step-by-step.html (Don't worry about alk right now, though. Clear the pool up first.)
And, as far as your CC being 0, that is great! You want it to be 0.
