Hey guys--i could really use some help here
i have a spa/pool combo running off 1 filter system: I had disconnected the heater, my return flow to the pool was weak so i figured i get in there and fix it--it is different but not fixed: There are 3 return lines, a 2" line to the spa jets and next are 2x 1.5" lines on a t--i put seperate controls on all 3 lines; what i get now is super hi flow to the spa return and practically nothing to the pool. When i close the spa feed valve the pressure soars to 35 psi but i still get no pool flow. To complicate things i have a "pool valet" mushroom sitting right in front of these 2 pipes { the pool valet has a cluster of 7 pipes feeding popouts on the pool bottom--i was told this was disconnected but water flowed out when the pump was running} i sawed the mushroom off and capped the pipes below groung level. The pool level seemed to drop when i ran it over night and the far skimmer {i have 2 on a old, 62 ' lap pool--the pump house, spa and near skimmer on 1 side} has little or no suction> its getting hot here and i would really appreciate any advice on how to proceed??
