I have an ingound pool with a Salt Generator. The entire pool coping and patio are flagstone. I have noticed and heard that salt in the water from the chlorine generator will cause the stone to desolve?

Is there a product on the market you can seal the flagstone with that will not be slippery when wet and have to be reapplied every couple of years that will seal it from desolving the flagstone??

Salt won't make rock dissolve, but it can (apparently) make it deteriorate. If your info came from the same blog I saw, it would appear that the problem is not from the salt levels in your pool, but from much higher levels resulting when the salty pool water evaporates on deck, leave the salt behind. If so, regular pressure washing (probably just with a garden sprayer) should greatly reduce those effects.

I don't know of a *transparent* sealer like you have in mind. I've seen concrete sealers used, but they caused problems precisely because they were slippery.
